The SCHENKER MEDIA 14 expands the MEDIA model series with an extremely compact and light 14-inch laptop in the medium performance segment. Efficient Intel Tiger Lake processors from the 11th core generation with integrated Xe graphics unit and an optional NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max-P lay a performance foundation that allows even more demanding, creative project work to be carried out on the go. The elegant all-rounder in a slim tailored suit impresses with a high-quality display with excellent display properties, a large number of external connections and all-round modern equipment.
A bright IPS panel with stable viewing angles ensures first-class image reproduction in the brightly lit conference room as well as outdoors. The anti-glare full HD display of the SCHENKER MEDIA 14 prevents annoying reflections and is characterized by high contrast, color fastness and good black values. Due to the high refresh rate of 120 Hz, it allows a very fluid and therefore eye-friendly display in all applications.
For the fast processing of larger, multimedia projects, the needs-based configuration with up to 64 GB DDR4 main memory with a maximum clock frequency of 3200 MHz is possible – an equipment option that is not available to many laptops in the 14-inch compact class. The M.2 SSD is connected internally via the latest PCI Express 4.0 interface. This means that the SCHENKER MEDIA 14 is already able to fully utilize the potential of today’s fastest storage drives.
Frequent writers receive a precisely responsive, comfortable keyboard with an exact pressure point and multi-level adjustable, white LED background lighting. This is supplemented by a precisely integrated touchpad with a pleasant click that reliably implements any input. In the context of virtual meetings, the HD webcam attached to the top of the display records the user from an advantageous angle. Thanks to its additional infrared function, the camera is Windows Hello compatible and enables easy and secure logon to the notebook.
Efficient processors with impressive performance
The SCHENKER MEDIA 14 uses Intel’s recently introduced Tiger Lake processors from the 11th core generation. With four cores and eight threads, they not only provide a high level of everyday and multimedia performance. Thanks to advanced 10 nm production, they are also characterized by an excellent efficiency balance and enable better battery life with quieter cooling.
Depending on the individual performance requirements, you can choose between an equipment variant with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 or the faster Core i7-1165G7, which operates with an even higher clock frequency. Both work without any performance restrictions with the maximum specifiable TDP expansion level of 28 watts in order to complete computationally intensive tasks in a significantly shorter time.
Intel Xe graphics and optional NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
With the SCHENKER MEDIA 14, professional creatives get the best possible compromise between flexible portability and more than enough 3D performance to edit image and video material from anywhere. Intel’s energy-saving, integrated Xe graphics unit in the top G7 equipment already offers a lot of performance and supports the latest Quick Sync features for hardware-accelerated processing of HEVC, VP9 and AV1 video material. If even more performance is required, the SCHENKER MEDIA 14 is also available in a version with NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1650 Max-P.
This is available in the maximum expansion stage with a TGP of 50 watts and enables even faster, GPU-accelerated processing of resource-intensive multimedia workloads. The special thing about this model: In the present version, the graphics card itself puts an at least nominally more powerful GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q in its place.
